Communication to your members is always key in any organization. The COMWeb applicatiuon allows you to easily manage distribution lists for different groups and send email/newsletters all from within this system. First select who you are sending it from, then the distribution list you want it sent to. Just complete the subject line and the content and either save it for later or send it to the group. The email is then stored so you have it archived in the system for future reference. As with normal Pages, you can create template files to use for reoccuring emails. Emails can be made available to view online for people that prefer to get their notices directly from the site and not in their inboxes. They are able to subscribe to these by RSS feed.
